Absolutely the worst banking app I have ever used Messy display and you can t even pay off your card you have to use a desktop which is absolutely mental for an app that is meant to make things easier So all you can do is see your transactions but again if you want to see pending transactions you must use a desk top Rubbish     Chris Leaver

The app has suddenly stopped working on my phone I reinstalled it and still can t log in Even the bank representatives don t understand why this issue is occurring and was said that this app more for iPhone users and not samsung If the app was streamlined for iPhone users then the bank should mention while opening an account that only if you have an iPhone you can have a bank account as our mobile app isn t user friendly This extremely annoying as I can t access it through my mobile     Katie M

Fine my previous review which critic to this app has been deleted I tried to login to HSBC via this app again keep on loading to the login page but this time has some improvement about three minutes later the login page appeared However when I clicked on the login button a message showed connection error closed and restart Then tried few times and even changed to another network connection still failed to login PS I m using my home network then mobile network all failed sigh     Florence GGA
Now this a scenario that happened to me when I really needed to check my account so urgently a pop up window showed up and blocked me frok logging into my account saying that I have to update the app first to use it took 5 minutes to download then another minute updating then two minutes of downloading Extra package then finally I managed to log into my account add a later option at the update pop window         Sherif Shahat
Today I installed the app I read the Tu0026C and then clicked agree It then said in order to use the app I need to be on wifi and that there is an update that needs to be done prior to using the interface It will not let me use it without pressing the update The update should be done on the app store not within the app Please change this in order to use the app     gonzostwin1

unable to connect there was an error that I should come back later The HSBC USA app ask for date of birth but you have to use the back arrow from 2019 and go month by month to get yo your year of birth I never got there I am 75 and stopped at 1999 online all you need to do is roll down to day month and year but you cannot deposit checks online If it is not fixed I will not be able to deposit using the phone app Can it be fixed since it is supposed to be a better update Thanks             Claudine Wiggins
Without a doubt the worst online mobile banking I ve ever used Closing my account and good riddance although I just found out the only way to close an account is to physically mail or fax them a form The internet exists now guys The interface is unbelievably slow and clunky and looks like it hasn t been updated since 2007 If this is how incompetent they are with online banking I shudder to think how they manage your money     Zac Johnston

The app is fairly functional but looks and feels ancient Sure you can check balances transactions and transfer money It lacks modern conveniences such as fingerprint unlock is slow and everytime you switch to another app and back it takes a while to refresh again Also annoying is that you can t see or change transaction limits which can only be done through the website         Shiddij Shrestha

If there is one reason I don t use the HSBC account for everyday online banking it is because of this outdated and primitive app There are layers and layers of unnecessary security codes and what not and even if you manage to jump in it is so cluttered and crowded feels like some complex banking software that you have to be trained to operate Surely if the rest of the banks don t care for such elaborate security steps it must be wholly unnecessary Just terrible     Satyaki Chanda
